Carrefour - Employer Branding
Our mission was to create Carrefour’s first Employer Branding nationwide campaign, after 16 years of presence in Romania. Started in 2017, the Employer Branding campaign aimed to explain the true extent of one of the largest employers in Romania, and all of the material has been set to recreate the atmosphere of a campaign made by the employees themselves, according to their own experiences at Carrefour.
“The World of Carrefour” is about the people. Not products, sales or prices. It's about the employees who, regardless of the nature of their job or background, are each an equal part of one of the largest and most diverse teams in Romania. The campaign content and messages were created in close connection with a series of real stories identified within Carrefour Romania, as well as according to the themes selected for the first stage of the campaign: diversity and workplace benefits. The second stage of the campaign began in November 2017, by deepening a series of stories in order to present the environment and working conditions of Carrefour (including fun at work).
